SEMERU (FAYAT Group) has chosen SHDSL XSRING to interconnect hundreds of PLC systems building the water SCADA network of Paris and its region.

20 rings of 10 km each equipped with SHDSL switches are used for PLC interconnection.
Each SHDSL ring est connected to the central system via an operator VPN link. Each link is backed up with cellular or PSTN routers from Etic Telecom.
Etic teleocm has been chosen due to its capacity to provide a complete SCADA solution from the Ethernet switch to the router and firewall.
