Based in Grenoble - France- and highly experienced thanks to 20 years of existence, ETIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS offers two ranges of data telecom products :

  A first range of data telecom products dedicated to industrial neworking: GPRS, ISDN, PSTN Routers and remote access servers, SHDSL switches for long distance transmission, switched telephone network and leased line modems, multi-drops digital modems, radio modems, Fibre optic transceivers.

 A second range of products designed for data transmission on the ISDN network : Inverse-multiplexer and dedicated line backup up to 2 Mb/s.

Since our products are often components of key infrastructure or technical systems, we refuse any compromise on quality and resistance. Our design and manufacture processes are therefore second to none and fully in compliance with ISO9000 standards.

Our customers also demand compatibility with their own products, which is the reason why we carry out numerous supplementary tests adapted to their personal needs. Whenever necessary we also offer our customers installation process sheets and provide the required cables and accessories.

In case of installation problems, our customers have our free telephone assistance service at their disposal, available 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
