Adapted to an industrial environment and to automated systems The MTI133 was designed to be installed in an electrical cabinet. It mounts on a standard DIN rail, requires 12, 24 or 48 VDC supply and offers an RS232 and RS485 serial interface. In addition, the MTI133 has been EMI-hardened to operate reliably in the toughest electro-magnetic environments. It has been extensively tested with all leading PLCs including SIEMENS, GE, ABB, OMRON, ALLEN-BRADLEY and SCHNEIDER… The corresponding cables are available.
   
A safe and worldwide remote maintenance of PLC softwares
 The MTI133 provides up to 33.6 kb/s data rate and V42 error correction. It makes possible the remote operating of softwares which are usually operated on site, especially the remote maintenance of PLC softwares. Moreover it can be connected to any public network worldwide. ETIC provides all national telephone plugs.
   
High-performance remote control on the PSTN and dedicated lines The MTI133 simplifies remote management systems: Call command by auxiliary contact pair, or AT, MODBUS and UNITELWAY call commands (MTI133-201), high data rate, V42 error correction.
   
"Low power" model
The MTI133-102 was designed for use in battery or solar powered systems. It draws only 10 micro-A when off-line. It wakes up and connects when it detects an incoming call on the telephone line or a call command from the data terminal equipment.
