Function
The industrial IP router "IPL" allows to connect transparently IP networks through the PSTN or the ISDN or the GSM or through permanent lines for industrial demanding applications.

Security
The IPL router authenticates the remote calling router (caller Id and PAP-CHAP protocol) and includes a statefull packet inspection firewall to limit the authorized field of IP addresses.




Asynchronous gateway
The product also includes an IP to asynchronous gateway to integrate existing asynchronous terminals to the IP network.

Models
Depending on the model, the "IPL" router includes a built-in PSTN V90 modem or an ISDN BRI interface or a GSM modem or a leased line modem. One model is made for connecting an external modem.
